I am Gonzalo Ibarra, I live in Santiago de Chile; I am an Industrial Civil Engineer (USACH), I have a Master's degree in People and Organization Development  (UDP) and several national and international certifications in INNOVATION, DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, among others; between 2011 and 2015 I was Regional Development Manager of PLAN INTERNATIONAL; since 2016 I have worked as an independent consultant through  GIA CONSULTORES (an specialized consultancy firm to address organizational transformation projects).

 

In recent years, I have co-led organizational transformation and change management projects in +12 countries in Latin America and I have worked for different international organizations in +30 countries, implementing fundraising programs where I have helped mobilize more than US$260 millions of dollars in development programs for children, culture and the environment.
